The competition closes at 15:59:59 GMT on the 27th of February 2026. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will receive one Amazon giftcard worth $100 (or local currency equivalent at the exchange rate on the draw date).
No cash alternative is available. The winner will be selected, announced and contacted to arrange delivery within 1 month of the giveaway end date.
Eligibility
In order to be eligible to enter the giveaway and win the prize, you must complete Music Vine’s February 2026 survey and enter your email address when prompted. Giveaway entries are limited to one per person.
Prize Delivery Limitations
The prize consists of a digital giftcard issued by a third-party provider (Amazon) and is subject to the provider’s regional availability, country restrictions, and applicable terms and conditions.
If, after a winner has been selected, we determine that the prize cannot be issued due to geographic restrictions, provider limitations, legal or regulatory constraints, or other factors beyond our reasonable control (including the unavailability of the gift card in the winner’s country), we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to either:
– offer an alternative prize of a similar value where reasonably possible; or
– withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.
No cash alternative will be offered. Winners are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or import charges and we reserve the right to exclude destinations subject to export or trade controls.
Communication
If you are selected as a winner, we will contact you via an official email ending in “@musicvine.com”. It is your responsibility to monitor your email account and to respond to our message to confirm your delivery details. If you do not respond to us within 3 months of our initial notification, you will no longer be able to claim the prize.
If you are contacted by another email claiming you have won, please be warned that this is not legitimate.
The initials, or first name, of the winner may be announced following the draw.
Data Protection & Publicity
In addition to our general Privacy Policy, we will need to hold and process your data for the purposes of this prize draw and selecting a winner. If you are selected as a winner, we reserve the right to announce your name (but not your contact or location details) publicly.
Email addresses will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw (including verifying entries, selecting a winner, and contacting a winner) and will not be used for marketing. Entrants’ data will be deleted no later than 1 month after prize fulfilment.
Liability
Other than our commitment to selecting and contacting the winner, purchasing the prize and arranging delivery as detailed in these terms, Music Vine Ltd is not liable for any issues or damages that may arise in conjunction with this prize draw, for example technical issues, failures or delays in email delivery, issues with accessing or redeeming the digital gift card, incompatibility with devices or software, or errors caused by third-party platforms or service providers.
Music Vine Ltd is not responsible for digital prizes once they have been sent to the email address provided, including where a prize is lost, deleted, misdirected, filtered as spam, or accessed by an unauthorised third party.
